This has been a good day for Lisa. She has been up moving around and her appetite is good. Tomorrow is day 5 (and the final day this time) of the shot that increases her white blood cell count. She is able to give this to herself at home. This shot usually knocks her on her butt, but she is tolerating it well. She has to have this shot 5 days in a row after completing chemo. She is also still giving herself the blood thinner injection, twice a day. She is such a trooper:)
She is hoping to have several GOOD days before she has to start chemo again on Monday--- Maybe even get out of the house and enjoy this beautiful weather!!! We know that each day is a gift from God and we are so thankful for this.
