Testing

My C A19 9 test came back higher it is  now a 51 so I go in tomorrow for anther CT and PET scan!!  Pray it is just stress causing this!!!  I know God has not brought me this far for it to come back.  I have fought once and I will continue to keep fighting for as long as it takes!!!  Love all of you! xxoo

Victory Trip to Cozumel 2011

My parents, children, and myself left on June 1st for a week of fun, sun, and relaxation!!  We had so much fun!  Played in the ocean everyday, ate great food, and even took Dominique on her fist snorkel dive!!! 

Got my CA 19-9 test results and they have gone up a little now it is at 31!  I will get retested on July 5th and if it continues to go up then we will address it then!!!! Keep praying.

God is GREAT

Went to the Dr today and still NO CANCER!!!!!  CT and PET Scan came back clear!!!  I have to go back every 6 weeks to have my port flushed and then CT and PET scan in 3 months!!!  Thank you again for all your prayers.  If you would like to read a article about my fight go to SBJ.net and type in my name!!!  LOVE TO EVERYONE.  Please pray for Joplin

Tests

Having a CAT and PET scan done on Wed. This will be a long day.  Have to start drinking water at 7:30 am and then off to the hospital.  It all should be done by 1 I hope.  Mixed feelings about this.  I know it has to be done just to make sure everything is OK but I am sooooooooo sick of being stuck with needles!!!  Please pray that all will be good.  We wont have results until the 24th!!  On a good note 15 days until we leave for MEXICO!!  Thank you for all your prayers and love.

NORMAL

I went t the Dr yesterday to have some blood work done and I asked for the cancer marker blood test to be done and the nurse came out and said that my insurance would only cover one a month and since I had it done to weeks ago and it came back normal I would have to wait for two more weeks!!  I guess I have to start realizing that I am NORMAL!!!!!!!!  I am so blessed and excited for my new life!!!  Mexico her we come in 42 days!!!

CA19-9 Test

Got the results of my test today and it is a 14!! It continues to go down even without chemo!!!  I no longer have to do the Enoxaparin Sodium shots because the Warfarin is working!!!  No more chemo and no more shots!  Life is getting better.  I have to go back on Mondays for a while for blood work just so they can keep an eye on me!!  Thanks again for the prayers and all the love!!!!

No more chemo!!

I didn't have to go in for chemo yesterday!!!  What a blessing.  I do go to the Dr. on Thursday to set a plan up!  I hope I will be able to share the same chemo treatment I got with others who need it!  My mother is writing a book about this whole journey!  I will let everyone know when finished!  Thanks again for all the prayers and all the support!!
